Who holds your information

Until Fracifind Ltd is incorporated, the data controller is Steve Brice, operating as Fracifind, contactable at hello@fracifind.com. When Fracifind Ltd is incorporated, this information will transfer to that company and this notice will be updated.

What we collect, and why

• Your email address, when you unlock an article or register your interest. We use it to send you the article you asked for, and to contact you before we open.
• Whether you asked for our updates, recorded separately, because reading an article and subscribing are two different things.
• Which page you came from, so we know which articles and posts are useful.

We do not ask for your name, your employer, your CV or anything else at this stage.

Our lawful bases

We rely on your consent for marketing emails; you can withdraw it at any time using the unsubscribe link in every message. We rely on our legitimate interests in providing the content you requested and in understanding, in aggregate, how the site is used.

We may analyse information we hold to produce anonymised, aggregate insight about the fractional finance market. Anything published from that analysis is aggregated so that no individual can be identified.

Who we share it with

Our email platform and our website host, as processors acting on our instructions. We do not sell data, and we never pass your details to recruiters.

How long we keep it

If you do not confirm your email address, we delete the record within 30 days. Otherwise we keep it until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email hello@fracifind.com. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
