Why we built this

Fracifind was founded by a CFO who has worked in listed and private-equity-backed businesses, hired finance teams, sat on the other side of the table as a candidate, and taken a finance function through an exit.

The same thing kept happening. A business needed a transformational project executed — a system, a refinance, an exit preparation, a finance function rebuilt — and the market offered it a permanent salary or a consultancy. Meanwhile, capable senior finance leaders with exactly that experience were sitting a phone call away, unable to find the work, because recruiters are paid to place headcount and LinkedIn rewards whoever posts most.

That gap is the whole reason we exist. Not a job board. Not an agency. A confidential place where time-bound senior finance work and the people who can do it can find each other, without anybody paying a percentage of a salary for the privilege.

What we promise

• Fraci never pay. Not to join, not to be listed, not ever.
• We never fake demand, and never put someone forward badly to close a gap.
• Our own pricing is published. No placement fee, no opaque percentage.
• If we can’t help, we say so — with a plan and a date, not silence.

We’re opening early in 2027. Until then we’re building the community, in the open, and publishing what we know.
